This Privacy Collection Statement applies to the collection of personal information by or on behalf of Blueways Group Pty Ltd (ACN 602 991 711) and its related companies (Blueways, we, us, our).

Blueways may collect personal information from you for a range of reasons relevant to our activities as a property developer (including a developer of residential real estate communities). Our collection of personal information will depend on our particular dealings or interactions with you. However, generally speaking, Blueways collects personal information from you to respond to your queries, provide our services to you, administer any transactions you enter into, or propose to enter into, with us and otherwise undertake our property development business. Blueways may also collect your personal information from Wolfdene Pty Ltd (Wolfdene), who provide services to us in relation to the property developments we undertake.

Blueways may also be required or authorised by law to collect certain personal information from you and/or disclose your personal information.

Blueways collects this personal information so that it can:

(a) communicate with you, including to respond to your queries and provide you with information you request from us;

(b) inform you of promotions, competitions, giveaways, events, products or services that may be of interest to you;

(c) conduct our property development business and supply our services to you;

(d) develop and improve the products and services we provide and the residential communities we develop;

(e) administer, manage and process any transactions you enter into, or propose to enter into, with us, including the purchase of property or otherwise provide our services; and

(f) comply with our obligations under any applicable laws.

Blueways may disclose your personal information to our related companies and to organisations involved in providing services to Blueways, including Wolfdene and the other service providers, financiers, agents, contractors and other third parties that provide products or services to us. Some of the parties that Blueways discloses your personal information to may be located outside Australia.

If you do not provide the personal information requested by Blueways or provide incomplete or inaccurate information, Blueways may not be able to provide services or information to you or may be limited in how we can interact with you.

The Blueways privacy policy sets out details of how Blueways will collect, store, manage, use and disclose personal information it collects from you. The Blueways privacy policy also contains information about how you can access and seek correction of the personal information held by Blueways, how you can make a complaint to Blueways about a breach of the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) (Privacy Act) or any registered code under the Privacy Act that binds Blueways, and how Blueways will respond to and deal with such a complaint.
